@Iperione100 They do it because that is their LIFEthey live from what they do and live for what they do.This is what makes them famous.Arnold used anabolic steroids and he still had kids.Of course it has side effects. But nobody ever prooved it that it does bad things to your penis or testicles. There's no proof of such thing.When they become old they just simply retiere. They will loose lots of muscle but they could still be healthier than someone who drinks and smokes.

@Iperione100 the sweetness of victory and pride from the ultimate effort.the main thing about bodybuilding isnt muscle,nor being big,its the faith in yourself,proving to yourself that you can do what you want.and should i tell you everything loses its value before a dream,that is what they call sacrifice

They train hard, they sacrifice themselves, they give all they got... for WHAT??!!They're so pumped they can't run without choking, they're full of chemicals their body doesn't need, steroids atrophy their gonads... can they still satisfy a woman?Or are they just walking mountains?... But what happens when you're so pumped and you become old? Your muscles deflate and turn into useless fat masses. I'm an italian porn actor, I keep myself fit, I DON'T use any strange substance and I'm healthy

@partyzfinest99 Brotha, you worried about training body parts 2x a week instead of 1! 3-4 days allow you to rest these parts while you are working others! (: You can't do them 1x a week and expect max development. Also, you may want heavy days (properly handling eccentric-negative weight) & rep days with good form. The sky is the limit. It is tricking the muscles to do different things, handling different weight and not stopping at a specific number that gets them to grow!

@partyzfinest99 Core muscles (Legs..yes, learn to properly squat & love to work them!, Chest & Back need a good 72-96 hr rest. Others 48-72hrs. Do each 2x a week. *Be sure you are eating & resting right to recooperate. You miss putting food/supp. in a min. every 3 hrs, don't sleep 7-8 hrs, or if u go to party even 1 night (if you do, avoid alcohol or 1 social drink IF you MUST) or you'll never maximize being lean/muscular w/high natural testosterone to get to 1/2way where these guys are (; |
